Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
